Then I noticed that my other accounts were blocked as well. They must be using cookies to freeze out your browser. I was able to get into my other accounts on a different browser. But if I tried the new account on that browser, all accounts were blocked again.

So then I cleared my cache and cookies and like magic, I was in. Even the new account started working. So I would suggest adding to your article the final stop of clearing those cookies that Google set to block you.
